6 March 2007 - IJC Appeal
today, the posting results were out, and my phone rang earlier than expected, 7.30am. hj called me, and I picked up the phone, still half asleep initially, until he said
"posting result is out"
I shot up immediately (perhaps, like what alicia said earlier on) upon hearing it. and went to see my posting, hoping to get Games Design still, but, a disappointment, I got into SP chem engineering. my father was very eager to know where I'm posted, and sat beside me throughout the time I used the comp.
So I called wei meng and told him about the posting, and we went IJC to appeal early in the morning. 8.45am. a pity for him, he cant appeal, as for me, I was allowed, and was told to bring 4 documents.
CCA records, Results Slip, Form A, and Testimonial. I didnt bring my testimonial, and I had to get back home just to take it. and the appeal result would be made known by 12 march.

Mr Goh will teach us maths, and maybe chem
I lost my interest in games, and gained an eagerness to learn (when I said that, I think none believed)
I saw JC maths and was obsessed with it, and even tried to attempt the questions even though I didnt learn
Perhaps Chem engineering in Poly is not what I Really Wanted.
feeling freaking excited, I decided to take a cab home, but there was simply no cabs with vacancy. that was damn infuriating man -_-
I bet you people heard this before - "when you want take cab, there will be no cab. when you dont want take cab, they are seen almost everytime."
bahhhhhhhh. in the end, we took a bus home. first thing I reach home was to dig the testimonial out, and head to IJC again. my father told me a shortcut, which is simply, from my house, cycle to a path straight ahead, and there I will reach the main gate. what the hell, living for 10 years in woodland premises, I still dunno IJC is located at a place where I can just walk straight all the way. cool isnt it. lol. went back home after that, for less than 30 min after eating lunch, I went out again, back to ADSS that is to meet up jason kky zhenhong benghui and weimeng.
we went to help mr wee with some robotics stuff, and went for lunch after that, along with shirui. went to AJC soon after that (in which sebastian and tongfen joined us as well). saw shuyi and prisca (*spits*) at YCK mrt station, they were at NYP dunno doing what, not interested to know. jason went to appeal for AJC as the posting result for him is PJC, which he find it suck. we waited for so long outside the school, at least half an hour. and anthea called me while we were waiting for jason, and she asked if I did went for appeal and I told her what happened, as explained at the top.
headed to bukit gombak (what the hell, my transport fees are killing me can) and then played bowling, and went back to causeway pt and have dinner (for the first time, I'm like heading here and there around within a few hours, which is so tiring.) the rest remained at cwp, while zhenhong and I headed home first, walking.
we talked about JC stuffs, the whole way, subjects, friends, and all. one thing he reminded me was, to make frens as soon as possible before they form cliques are you get isolated (that was what happened to jason as he was the only ADSS student in his class, and his class formed cliques by school). and he said sometimes its extremely cold during classes, and that I need to bring a jacket along. damn, that means I need to buy a jacket soon. black 1 duh. talking about jackets, with or without hoodies look better. I said with hoodies look better, but my mum keep rebutting saying its so ugly. grrr -_-!
but whatever, wait till I find a suitable adidas jacket (I guess) and then I will comment more about it.
and oh, the first impression IJC gave me was great. the staff members that is, they were all so helpful unlike ADSS staffs who would give a pouting face whenever students request for something. and it seems kinda cool, and I'm so eager to learn new things now. lol.
after all this trouble, I guess I owe someone a favour (once again, I owe that person so much lol), for letting me crack my brains and think of where I should go again, even my auntie was shocked by my determination and the eagerness to go JC, nonetheless she was happy for me, and I had a sense of satisfaction for myself. and alvin, you shld be feeling quite happy right now after reading all these heh.
well, I guess thats about it for this post..I'm looking forward to the next few days, having good news hopefully.
