01 July 2007 - Gym + GST 7%

First Month of July..half a year has passed, and there comes the increase of GST..everything increases =(

went to the gym today, with so many ppl for the first time. theres alvin, chinchun, huijie, jingxiang, zul, and lastly me. met at admiralty place first and chatted awhile. and the first picture taken and SAVED (finally I saved pictures, cos I had the habit of taking photos and then delete them)

First Picture I saved into my phone. Jingxiang the noob. I took when he didn't notice. that explains his "broken" wrist. LOL

And the 2nd picture ! Huijie. heh.

headed to khatib gym after everyone arrived. did 10 minutes more than usual today, which is roughly 75 mins. I think I grown weaker again, for many times I skipped DB training and haven went to the gym for like long time.

headed to long john after that.

lol and for the first time, hj is cool. hahaha
