went gym with jingxiang and huijie on sunday, and its is tiring, and my muscles are starting to ache now. I did a little longer than before, but the weights I did remained, I'm freaking weak la, I did some heavy weight and did 20 reps, enough me to die, then followed by 15, slowly dropped to 10 after my muscles are exhausted.
I reduced 1kg, good thing that I'm lighter, but bad shit for being WEAKER. Its like, I do awhile then tired already. this is not good. I'm determined to do more training.
tmr (or rather later) 11am need go school do project, and I was not reminded, and my slacking day with zh jason bh and gang is gone. I bet I will be playing like nobody business in school though. and of all places, they chose school, and I cant access my GE there =X LOL
nevermind, I love my class, they are all so funky, and I LOVE shooting them la. (right jamie? LOL, and I never boycott your blog la, I'm making plans on how to shoot you and yinling they all when I meet you all for projects.)
